The question in my mind is not what happened to flight 370, but what is our government covering up with this monstrous distraction. Yes, the disappearance of an airplane with 239 people on board is a mystery. And everyone loves a mystery, right?
So you want a mystery? Why was the hard drive on Adam Lanza's computer destroyed with a screw driver? Why was a list of precautionary tips on preventing another Newtown tragedy printed two days before the tragedy occurred? Am I suggesting that our government is crass enough to murder 26 children in an effort to erode the stubbornness of Americans in holding onto their guns?
Are you suggesting that our government is not crass enough to promote the murder of 57 million children before they even saw the light of day? I mourn those 57 million people who never had a chance at life more than the 239 people on flight 370 who at least had had a chance to live part of their lives.
I'm not suggesting that the loss of 239 people somewhere in the Indian Ocean is not a tragedy, but it's certainly not an unprecedented tragedy. And it's not my tragedy. I have much greater tragedies occurring right here in the United States.
So until you have some actual news on the subject, I don't want to hear any more about what's being done to find flight 370. 'I want to hear about what's being done to bring Lois Lerner to justice. I want to hear about what's being done to bring Eric Holder to justice and avenge the murder of Brian Terry. I want to hear about what's being done to expose our government's culpability in the Benghazi debacle – and in the Fast and Furious debacle. I want to hear about what's being done to rein in the out of control lawlessness of our President. I want to hear about what's being done to rein in our out of control spending. I want to hear what's being done to prevent the fundamental transformation of my country. I want to hear about what's being done to prevent the death of my republic!
