Among the more energetic purveyors of Perception Control is the queer coalition, which is composed of queers, Marxist-Socialist social engineers who use queers as a wedge to create divisiveness in the name of diversity, and low information liberals who buy into the specious disinformation of the later.
Some years ago, the sodomy lobby launched a Perception Control campaign to replace the word "queer" with the word "gay." Now, I don't really care if some men want to put other men's "junk" in their mouths. As long as it's not my junk, it doesn't affect me. But bastardizing my language does affect me, and I strongly resent it.
I can no longer say Gay Nineties, or the name of the sherpa who accompanied Edmund Hillary to the peak of Mount Everest, Tenzing Norgay, without eliciting titters. And if I refer to a group of gay children, I am met with raised eyebrows, sidewise looks, and numbed silence.
And I can no longer sing:
"For it was fiesta, and we were so gay.
South of the border, down Mexico way."
My ability to use my own language has been compromised by less than 2% of the population in their attempt to associate their depravity with frolicking puppies. Let me categorically state that gay means gay; it does not mean queer.
And before you respond, let me categorically state that homophobic means "afraid of queers." It does not mean "disgusted by queers." The word for that would be "normal."
And in an effort to allay the apparent confusion of Congressional Democrats and RINOs, let me categorically state that the word illegal means illegal. It does not mean potential Democrat.
And I should like to point out to Planned Parenthood and to all the other Kermit Gosnell enablers out there that choice means choice. It does not mean prenatal infanticide.
And to all the President's men in Washington "Damage Control" DC, I want to categorically state that investigation means investigation. Stop using it to mean stonewall.
And for the elucidation of such luminaries as Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, and Eric Hoodlum, let me categorically state that terrorist means a Muslim; it does not mean a Constitutional conservative in Indiana.
And finally, to the minions of the Managed State Media, I should like to categorically state that racist means racist; it does not mean anyone who disagrees with President Obama.
"Political language is designed to make lies sound truthful and murder respectable, and to give an appearance of solidity to pure wind." – George Orwell
