What's going on here? American "educators" are, with one hand, admonishing students to be open minded in accepting ideas foreign to their heritage and, with the other hand, severely restricting adherence to the ideas that comprise the foundations of that heritage. Could there possibly be more at play here than simple incompetence? Could it be that American education has an agenda?
Evidence would certainly indicate that American educators have, at most, a casual interest in actually educating the charges given over to their care. In fact, if one is to judge from the math and language competence of the average US high school graduate, it would appear they have been deliberately dis-educated.
And indeed they have. Anyone who doubts this assertion has only to examine the latest assault on the effective education of American youth – Common Core.
But why? Why has the American educational industry embarked on an obvious crusade to dumb down the American populace? I am convinced the answer to that is that American educators have been inculcated with the deception that it is less important for people to be productive citizens than it is for them to be obedient citizens.
Rather than learning how to find the area of a triangle, our .kids are being taught tolerance. But what, actually, is tolerance?
Tolerance is the suspension of self-preservational judgment.
Tolerance says, "Focus on the idea that Muslims have a right to be different and ignore the fact that that difference entails a compulsion to cut your head off." The objective of teaching this sort of thinking is to desensitize our natural survival instincts, so that we will thoughtlessly accept any – even counter-survival – machinations proffered by the government.
And instead of learning how to achieve subject-predicate agreement, our kids are being indoctrinated with guilt for not being underprivileged. Guilt, of course, is a time tested anti-individualism mechanism used successfully by Christians, Marxists, and black supremacists like Al Sharpton and Eric Holder.
Guilt is the destruction of self-confidence.
It's very hard to control people who feel good about themselves. But if you can teach them to hate themselves, it's very easy to get them to hate whatever else you tell them to hate.
And if, instead of teaching our children to be proud and respectful of our traditions, you teach them that the founding fathers of our republic were domestic terrorists, you can render them rudderless in the sea of political opportunism.
These obviously counter-productive notions could emanate only from a source as naive and clueless as the US government. But it has been disseminated through the ranks of American educators by the equally sophomoric American Federation of Teachers. The teacher's union—the largest union in the country – is more interested in currying Democrat Party favor than in the welfare of our children.
