Judge Howell yesterday granted a motion by Mr. Klayman to fast track the case, ordering Obama's lawyers to file their response to Sheriff Arpaio's complaint by 15 December (tomorrow) for a full preliminary injunction hearing on 22 December (a week from tomorrow).
Merry Christmas, America! The indomitable Sheriff of Maricopa County Arizona has given you a wonderful Christmas gift.
Meanwhile, six more States – Arkansas, Florida, Michigan, North Dakota, Ohio, and Oklahoma – have signed on to Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott's 3 December lawsuit to stop Obama's un-Constitutional amnesty, bringing the total to 23 States that stand with Texas. (The other seventeen are Alabama, Arizona, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Carolina, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, West Virginia and Wisconsin.)
Thus, including Texas, there are 24 States, just under half the States in the nation, suing to enjoin the President of the United States from taking actions that the lawsuit alleges are un-Constitutional.
If Obama was too stoned deaf to hear the November mid-terms, he can't ignore this groundswell of public outcry against his disdain and disrespect for the Constitution of the United States. Obama must be and shall be forced to acknowledge the will of the people – the people who recognize that that Constitution is the instrument that assures and has always assured their freedom and prosperity, and that has made America the greatest nation in the history of mankind.
It is immaterial whether John Boehner fulfills his responsibility to the people of the United States or not. (Not that we ever expected him to, in any case.) We The People are quite capable of seeing to our own welfare, and we are well aware that we must do it through our State governments.
We will prevail and we will succeed. And we will not be deterred by a Muslim, pothead, puppet of George Soros and his internationalist conspirators.
