Professor Jonathan Gruber. the defrocked and sacrificed Architect of Obaminablecare, in a 1998 paper co-authored by Philip Levine and Douglas Staiger and titled "Abortion Legalization And Child Living Circumstances," presented a case for abortion on the basis of its ability to reduce the number of "marginal" children who would have grown up into poverty and crime and welfare dependence.
After 30 pages of smoke and obfuscation, the paper comes to the conclusion that "... for the marginal child not born due to increased abortion access, the odds of living in a single parent family would have been roughly 60% higher, the odds of living in poverty nearly 50% higher, [and] the odds of welfare receipt 45% higher ..." In other words, abortion is a good thing, because it reduces the number of people living in poverty and collecting welfare.
This negative eugenic sentiment was clarified in a 2009 New York Times interview by Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg "Frankly," Ginsburg said, "I had thought that at the time Roe was decided, there was concern about population growth and particularly growth in populations that we don't want to have too many of."
"Populations that we don't want to have too many of?" To whom might the Honorable Justice be referring?
Has Black abortion become the new "Final Solution" in the Liberal drive to control the black population? On average, 1,876 black babies are aborted every day in the United States. That number represents about 1.8% of the Black population of the United States murdered every year. If that's not a description of genocide, my understanding of the word must be incorrect.
Margaret Sanger would be proud.
