On Tuesday 14 July the three-judge panel of the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver ruled that the Little Sisters of the Poor, an international Catholic order that ministers to the poor, must comply with the Obaminable Care order to provide contraceptive and abortive drugs to their employees or pay the IRS fines of up to $100 per employee per day. This would amount to fining a non-profit religious organization millions of dollars per year!
This is a clear violation of the First Amendment guarantee that "Congress shall make no law ... restricting the free exercise [of religion]." You cannot – legally – in the United States of America legislate that a religious organization has to subvert their sincerely held religious beliefs to accommodate secular interests, no matter how salubrious you can make those secular interests sound.
That is simply and clearly un-Constitutional! And this assault on a religious order is an even more egregious infraction since in 2013 the Supreme Court found for the business enterprise Hobby Lobby in an identical case.
The difference? Hobby Lobby is not an adjunct of the Catholic Church.
Make no mistake. There is a concerted effort afoot in the United States today to destroy the Christian religion. The foot soldiers in ths assault range from Atheists and queers to Muslims and the Managed State Media (MSM). But the General of the operation sits in the Oval Office in Washington DC. Barack Husein Obama, the Muslim in the White House, is the progenitor of this vicious attack on Christianity.
And the reason for this attack? Barack Obama is a Muslim, and the Koran demands that he destroy all religions other than Islam.

As a Muslim, Obma needs no other incentive. And Barack Obama has declared his Muslim religion on numerous occasions.

"We as a nation have placed upon the nations of Islam an unfair injustice , which is why my wife disrespects the Flag and why she and I have attended several flag burning ceremonies in the past." – then Senator Barack Obama in September 2008
I am not a Catholic. Nor am I a church-going Christian. But I am a citizen of the American Republic, and I must stand and defend any entity whose rights under the Constitution of that Republic are abused. That is the duty of every republican, because if we ever allow the government to obviate the rights of one group, we are putting our own rights in jeopardy. If you let them do it to the Catholics, you may be sure they will do it to you!
We must all contact our Senators and Representatives in Washington DC and let them know we expect them to react to this unconscionable assault on the First Amendment by passing legislation stating that the Unaffordable Care Act or any other Act of the federal government shall be un-enforceable if it infringes the rights of any legitimate religious group to privately and publically practice their religion.
And we further expect them to muster the votes to override the Muslim in the Oval Office’s veto.
