The People of his home State, being cognizant of that inevitable transformation, wisely amended the Ohio Constitution to apply term limits to their federal employees. Mr. Boehner has been ignoring the codified will of his alleged constituents for the last 16 years. Good trick, Mr. Boehner.
In the almost five years John Boehner has held the position of Speaker of the House, he has been inaccessible to the People. His official mailbox, speakerBoehner@mail.house.gov, has been full every time I’ve tried to contact him since 2011. He leaves it full deliberately so he doesn’t have to contend with pesky advice from the peasants. Good dodge, Mr. Boehner.
John Boehner’s tenure as the Speaker of the House of Representatives has been marked by an unconscionable disregard for the will of the People. He refused to make credible efforts to defund Obamacare. He refused to defund DHS to stop Jey Johnson’s illegal amnesty. And he is refusing to defund Planed Infanticide. Good riddance Mr. Boehner.
Mr. Boehner’s alleged leadership will not be missed. Our concern now must be to see that a true conservative republican is appointed to the seat. There are many good choices, but Paul Ryan and Louie Gohmert stand out in my mind.
And the next order of business it to get the other RINO Legislative leader, Mitch McConnell, off the throne of the Senate. I’d recommend replacing him with Mike Lee. My first choice, of course, would be Ted Cruz, but he’s going to be busy with his Presidential duties.
