I'm sure the President was unprepared for – and appalled by – this blatant display of raw Americanism. I'm equally sure he almost immediately dismissed it – as he dismisses the fact of the earth's burgeoning polar ice caps – as an anomaly. (Anomaly is a liberal catch word for anything that does no conform to the current party line.)
Obama would do well to heed this whisper of the clamoring voice of America. But I am sure he will not. Liberals are incapable of learning – because their chief modus operandi is the denial of facts. The whole religion of Democratism, in fact, is based entirely on the denial of facts.
Adherence to the central Democratist tenet of Socialism is possible only by denying the rabidly anti-social and individualistic nature of mankind – as demonstrated in Plymouth Massachusetts in 1620, in New Harmony Indiana in 1825, and in Detroit Michigan in 1965.
It would be impossible to adhere to the Democratist precept of Marxism without denying the entrepreneurial source of wealth – as exemplified in Menlo Park New Jersey in 1879 and in Dearborn Michigan in 1908 and in Palo Alto California in 1977.
Adherence to the core Democratist principle of Fascism is possible only if you are willing to deny the inherent recalcitrance of the human race – a recalcitrance demonstrated in Lexington Massachusetts in 1775, in Selma Alabama in 1965, and in Bunkerville Nevada in 2014.
And it is possible to accept the constant string of lies emanating from the Democratist masque only by denying everything you've ever been taught and the evidence of your own eyes.
The truth is that the chief Democratist, Barack Husein Obama, was given a rare glimpse on Friday of the futility of Democratism. But, true to the operational principle of the Democratist doctrine, he ignored it – and flew off to a string of fundraisers to solicit money to impose even more hated Democratism on the People of the United States.
Thus Barack Obama, Like Christopher Columbus, has discovered something he wasn't looking for. Columbus was searching for a route to Asia – and he found America. Obama was searching for a pulpit from which to preach his anti-gun hatred – and he discovered America. And like Columbus, who died never realizing the vastness of the two continents he had discovered, Obama seems incapable of appreciating the depth of what he has discovered.
The anger and the discontent and the belligerence that Obama witnessed Friday are not confined to Roseburg Oregon. Roseburg is only the tip of the iceberg. Roseburg is a harbinger, a clarion call announcing the discontent and determination that seethes in the soul of America – the real America, not the CNN version.
And Roseburg is a warning not to ignore that discontent and determination. If Obama is too stupid to hear it, somebody damn sure better – and fast.
