Now the very first words in the Constitution – Article I Section 1 – are, "All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives."
Nowhere does it say the President can legislate by "executive order," nor does it empower executive branch agencies to legislate by fiat.
Obama’s June 2012 actions, then, and the subsequent actions of the DHS, are un-Constitutional – and therefore illegal. But that point seems insignificant when compared to the result of Obama’s illegal activity. Upwards of 60,000 unaccompanied children have poured across the Rio Grande into South Texas so far this year, overwhelming the (deliberately?) strained resources of the federal government along the border.
I find it impossible to believe that this assault on the domestic tranquility of the United States was not premeditated. But why? Why would the President of the United States want to inject thousands of parentless children into our country and into our faltering economy? A clue to the answer might be found in the consideration of the fact that that economy is faltering because of previous actions taken by none other than the Commandant-in-chief
Obama attended Columbia University, where he was not only indoctrinated with the idiotic plan to install a socialist utopia in the United States by crashing the welfare system, but was conversant with the Columbia University professors, Richard Cloward and Frances Fox Piven, who hatched this preposterous, pot-induced scheme.
On the other hand, Obama’s father-of-record, Barack Obma Senior, was a rabid anti-imperialist who considered the United States to be the last imperial power in the world, while Obama’s biological father and childhood mentor, Frank Marshall Davis, was a rabble rousing member of the Communist Party.
I don’t know whether Obama is applying Cloward and Piven or if he is simply dedicated to the dreams of the destruction of the United States harbored by his several fathers. But to paraphrase Hillary Clinton, "What difference at this point does it make why he broke the law and deliberately attacked the wealth and well-being of the citizens of the United States of America?"
The salient point is that he did – and he must be held accountable for his actions.
